Follow these steps

  1. Open the Add Transaction screen where you see IN, OUT, and MOVE.
  2. Long tap the transaction type you want to mark as favorite.
  3. The system will then select that transaction type automatically each time the screen loads.
  4. To remove the favorite later, long tap the same transaction type again.

Favorites speed up repetitive transactions

This is most useful when your team uses the same transaction type repeatedly during the day.

Before you start

  • Decide which transaction type you want selected by default when the Add Transaction screen opens.
  • Open the inventory where you want to save or reuse the favorite entry.

What happens next
