First screen → Long tap on the help icon (?) at the top → Send info to support → Send the info to [email protected]

To help us investigate and fix the issue, the following information will be included in the email to our support team:

  • Your account details (name, email, ID)
  • Device information (model and version)
  • App version and settings
  • Basic inventory details (names and IDs)
  • Network connection status
  • Storage and memory information
  • System settings (such as time, timezone, battery saver, and theme)

We only collect this technical information to better assist you. No passwords or sensitive private data are sent.
