Configure the scanning behavior so Mobile Inventory opens the screen and default action that best fits your workflow.

You can quickly change from one option to another.

“Auto add one entry after scanning a product” will add one unit for the scanned product
The default screen that is opened can be changed to:- Product details: useful when you want to view or update the product-specific fields (Images, Category, UoM, custom fields)
- Add entry/counter: The default screen. This is the most common action performed – adding entries
- Entries history: useful when you want to verify the previously counted items
- Popup – add entry: this is a light version of the add entry screen. It opens on the screen where the scan is performed. It has the basic fields: Quantity, Location.
