Customize which fields appear in the product list and change the layout to match the information your team needs most.

Pause the video if you want to compare the current product list layout with the one you are building.

Before you start

  • Open the inventory and go to the products list.
  • Decide which fields your team needs to see first.
  • Create any missing custom fields before you assign them to the list layout.

What the products list can show

  • Each product row has six display areas.
  • The default layout usually includes Product name, SKU, Barcode, Counted, Variance, and MU.
  • You can replace those fields, change their order, or leave a slot empty.
  • Custom fields can also be used in the layout.

Change the display

  1. Open the products list and long-press in the list area.
  2. Select Change display.
  3. Open the third layout option and assign the field you want to each display area.
  4. Choose Select or leave the slot blank if you do not want to show a field in one area.
  5. Close the popup and review the updated list.
