Main focus

Change how products appear in the Product list so names, stock, images, barcodes, or custom fields are easier to scan. This changes the list view only; product data stays the same.

Display only

These controls change what the list shows. They do not rename products, edit stock, change quantities, or change custom field values.

Switch from the standard Product list to an image grid.

Quick path

Choose a mobile layout

  1. Open the inventory and go to the Product list.
  2. Open any product row menu, then tap Change display.
  3. Choose Default list, Compact list, Custom list, or Image grid.
  4. For Custom list or Image grid, choose the fields you want to show.
  5. Leave Show images in the list enabled when product photos should appear.
  6. Tap OK and check the updated Product list.

Choose a mobile layout

Default list

Use for general scanning

Shows Product name, SKU, Barcode, Stock, UoM, and a secondary field.

Compact list

Use when rows should be shorter

Shows the main product and stock fields, but hides Barcode so more products fit on screen.

Custom list

Use when your team checks specific fields

Choose up to six display slots. Each slot can show a system field, a product custom field, or Select to leave that slot empty.

Image grid

Use when pictures identify products faster

Shows products as cards with an image area plus selected product fields.

What is saved

The mobile display choice is saved for the selected inventory. Image visibility and custom display slots stay with that inventory; account sync can also carry the selected layout preset in user settings.

Change columns in the Web app

The Web app does not use the mobile list presets. It uses table columns on the Products page.

  1. Open the Web app and go to Products.
  2. Select Show/Hide/Reorder Columns.
  3. Drag columns to change their order.
  4. Uncheck columns you do not need, and keep checked the columns you want visible.
  5. Select save to apply the table layout.

Available columns depend on the inventory fields and can include SKU, barcode, Product name, Total stock, UoM, Category, Transactions, Added, product custom fields, and Image.

If the field you need is not available yet, add it first in Adding custom fields.

Check the result

  • The Product list uses the selected layout.
  • Images appear or stay hidden as expected.
  • Custom fields selected for display show the right values.
  • The Web table keeps the selected column order after saving.
