What is the difference between Premium, PRO, and Scanner+?

Premium, PRO, and Scanner+ are separate license types. They cover different parts of the product, and one license type does not automatically replace the others.

Premium

  • Android only: Premium is available only in the Android app.
  • One-time purchase: It is not a subscription.
  • Local use: It is intended for single-device workflows and does not include cloud sync or team collaboration.

PRO

  • Subscription license: PRO works across Android, iOS, and Web.
  • Cloud and team features: PRO is required for cloud sync, shared inventories, team collaboration, and most advanced paid features.

Scanner+

  • Paid add-on: Scanner+ unlocks the enhanced barcode scanning engine on Android and iOS.
  • Faster, more accurate scanning: It helps with damaged, low-contrast, poorly lit, or high-volume barcode workflows.
  • Does not replace PRO: If you need cloud sync, shared inventories, or team features, you still need a PRO license.

How do I share an inventory with another user?

You can share an inventory with another user so both users can access and work from the same synced inventory.

How to share an inventory

  1. Open the Inventories screen, where your inventories are listed.
  2. Open the inventory menu (the 3 dots menu) next to the inventory you want to share.
  3. Select Share. If the inventory is already shared, open Sharing options.
  4. Add the email address of the user you want to share with.
  5. Review the permissions, then confirm sharing.

Important notes

  • Separate accounts: Each user needs their own Mobile Inventory account.
  • PRO licenses: Each user needs an active PRO license.
  • Existing account email: The email you invite must already belong to a Mobile Inventory account.
  • Cloud sync: Sharing moves the inventory to the cloud so it can sync across users and devices.
  • Permissions: Use permissions to control what each user can add, edit, delete, export, or share.

How to activate a one-month trial license?

You can activate a free one-month PRO trial by using any paid PRO feature in the mobile app.

How to activate it

  1. Install the mobile app on Android or iOS.
  2. Try to use any paid PRO feature such as Low Stock Alerts or Expiration Dates.
  3. The free one-month trial will be activated for your account.

Important notes

  • No credit card required: You can activate the trial without entering any payment information.
  • Automatic cancellation: The trial automatically expires after one month. You will not be charged unless you actively subscribe.
  • Platforms: The PRO trial works across Android, iOS, and Web.

Testing Scanner+ features

For Scanner+ features, we offer 50 free scans instead of a time-based trial. These are activated automatically as soon as you install the mobile app so you can test the scanning capabilities immediately.

Does the trial license provide access to all features?

Yes. The trial license gives you full access to explore virtually all features across Android, iOS, and Web, so you can evaluate the complete product experience.

Trial limitations

  • Export restrictions: Excel, CSV, and print report exports are limited to 100 rows per export during the trial period.
  • Paid licenses do not have a row limit for exported files.

You can test the app's collaborative features using the free one-month PRO Team Trial. This allows multiple users to experience synchronized inventory management together.

  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Ask your team members to install the app.

I purchased your app. Where do I get the invoices from?

Invoices are issued by Google, Apple, or Stripe depending on where you purchased the subscription.

  • Android purchases: Invoices are issued by Google. Download them from Google Payments.
  • iOS purchases: Invoices are issued by Apple. Download them from Apple.
  • Web app purchases: Invoices are issued by our company through Stripe. Download them from our Web app.
