Main focus
Set IN, OUT, or MOVE as the favorite transaction type when you repeat the same kind of stock movement across products.
Before you startKnow what the favorite saves and what you still need to check
- Favorite transaction saves only the transaction type: IN, OUT, or MOVE.
- It does not save the product, quantity, location, tags, notes, images, or custom fields.
- Use it as a speed shortcut when most new transactions use the same stock movement type.
- Always review the quantity, location, and any extra fields before saving the transaction.

Quick path
Set a favorite type
- Open the product list and open any product.
- Go to Add Transaction.
- Press and hold IN, OUT, or MOVE.
- Check that the star appears on the transaction type.
- Open another product, or open Add Transaction again, to confirm the favorite type is selected automatically.
Set a favorite
- Open the inventory and go to the product that needs a stock transaction.
- Open Add Transaction.
- Choose the stock movement type you want to reuse: IN, OUT, or MOVE.
- Mark that type as the favorite. On Android, press and hold the type. On iOS and Web, use the star or favorite control shown for the transaction type.
- Confirm that the star appears on the selected type.
Use the favorite
- Open Add Transaction for another product.
- Confirm that the favorite transaction type is already selected.
- Enter the quantity, location, tags, and any other fields needed for this transaction.
- Save the transaction only after the details match the current product.
Change or remove the favorite
- To change the favorite, mark a different transaction type. The star moves to the new type.
- To remove the favorite, use the same favorite control on the starred type. On Android, press and hold the starred type again.
- Open Add Transaction again to confirm that the old favorite is no longer applied.
Expected result
The next Add Transaction screen opens with the favorite transaction type selected. Treat it as a shortcut only; the quantity, location, and other transaction details still belong to the transaction you are saving now.
