Main focus
Export data from Stock management or Take stock when you need a spreadsheet, backup file, printable report, or file for another system. On Web, export from the Products or Transactions table.
Before you startCheck license, format, and any template requirements
- For repeated or unlimited exports, use an account with an active PRO license, active trial, or available export credit. A new install may allow one manual export before licensing is required.
- Use .xlsx unless another system specifically requires .csv or .xls.
- If another system expects a fixed template, note the required sheets, fields, header names, order, filters, and sort order before exporting.
- In the Web app, product rows and transaction rows export from separate table pages.

Web exports are table exports
The Web app exports Products and Transactions as separate files from their table pages. Use the mobile export settings when you need one spreadsheet that contains both sheets.
What the export contains
| Part | What it contains | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Products sheet | One row per product. It can include product fields, product custom fields, locations, tags, and the current calculated or counted quantity. | Snapshots, reporting, reconciliation, and product catalog review. |
| Transactions sheet | One row per transaction or count. It can include stock movements, counting entries, and entry custom fields when available. | Audit checks, transaction review, troubleshooting, and integrations. |
| Image references | Cloud-stored images export as direct links. Locally stored images export as the image filename stored on the device. | Finding the related product or entry image outside the app. |
