Follow these steps

  1. Open the inventory where you want to import the transactions.
  2. Tap the top-right 3 dots menu, then choose Import Update > Import Transactions.
  3. Select the spreadsheet file from the device or share flow.
  4. Map the file columns to the expected Mobile Inventory fields.
  5. Review the preview and confirm the import.

Check the file before you confirm

Imports are faster when the spreadsheet already uses one row per transaction and clear column names.

Before you start

  • Prepare a spreadsheet with one row per stock transaction.
  • Make sure the products and locations referenced by the file already exist when the import depends on them.
  • Review the column names so they are easy to match during verification.

What happens next
