What to include

  • What is missing or too slow in the current workflow.
  • What the ideal result should look like.
  • How many users or teams would benefit from the change.
  • Any screenshots, exports, or examples that clarify the request.

How requests are prioritized

The team usually addresses bugs first, then smaller improvements that help many customers. Larger broadly useful features go to the roadmap. Company-specific development may require separate scoping.

Examples of common requests

  • Choose the automatic backup frequency.
  • Add auto-export to OneDrive or Dropbox in addition to Google Drive auto-export.
  • Generate invoices from transactions.
  • Show the location name separately from the location barcode.
  • Improve barcode scanner integrations or standby behavior.
  • Integrate Mobile Inventory with an ERP or another back-office system.
