Publish a read-only product list, for example for customers or partners, without giving them access to edit or open the full inventory.
A public link shares data outside your team
Anyone with the active URL can open the published product list without signing in, unless the link is password protected. Publish only the fields that are safe for that audience.
Before you publish
- Account
- You must be signed in. Creating a new public product link requires PRO Sync access.
- Inventory access
- For shared inventories, the owner must allow you to share or export product data. See Inventory permissions.
- Sync
- Android may show Sync with web first when the inventory is not yet synced to the web platform.

Publish a product list
- Open the inventory and go to Products.
- Apply filters first if the link should include only part of the list.
- Open the top-right Menu, then tap Publish product list.
- If Sync with web first appears, tap Sync and continue.
- Choose the link name, row limit, fields, format, expiry, and optional password.
- Tap Create public link.
The public URL is read-only. Visitors can view or export only the fields you publish; they cannot edit products or open the full inventory.

Publish a product list
- Open the Web app, choose the inventory, then open Products.
- Apply search or filters first if needed.
- Open More, then choose Publish product list.
- Choose the link name, row limit, fields, format, expiry, and password when available.
- Select Create public link.

Manage access and limits
- Open Publish product list again to open, copy, edit, revoke, or delete revoked links.
- Editing from Web keeps the same public URL. The saved password is not shown again; use Change password, Keep current password, or Remove password.
- Each inventory can have 1 active public product link, up to 1,000 rows, and up to 40 selected fields. Trial or account limits may reduce the effective row count.
- Use an expiry date or revoke action to stop access. Revoking disables the URL immediately; delete only removes a link that is already revoked.
What visitors can do
- Shareable page
- Visitors can search, sort, change rows per page, open selected images, export to Excel/CSV/PDF, and print.
- API or LLM data
- The response includes only the published schema, rows, metadata, and saved filters.
- No editing
- Visitors cannot edit products, open the full inventory, or request fields that were not published.
Check the link before sharing
Open the public URL in a private browser window or another device. Confirm the products, filters, fields, password, and export options match what you intended to share.
