Manage team licenses as an admin, including assigning, importing, and removing seats for your Mobile Inventory users.

Before you start
- Sign in with an admin account.
- Keep the team member email addresses ready if you plan to assign or import licenses.
- Decide which licenses should stay assigned and which ones should be removed.
Written steps
- Open the first app screen and open the top-left menu.
- Select Manage licenses.
- Review the currently assigned licenses.
- Add a seat, import multiple licenses, or remove unused licenses as needed.
What happens next
License changes apply to the selected users immediately. If a license is assigned to an email address that does not yet match an active user, it remains visible as Pending until that user exists in the workspace.
Notes
- Licenses assigned to non-existing users appear as Pending.
