We strongly recommend making regular backups of your data and saving them to your computer, an external drive, or another safe location.

If something goes wrong with your mobile device, you can restore your data from the latest backup file.

Backup

  1. Inventories list area -> Contextual menu -> Backup & Restore -> BACKUP
  2. Choose where to save the backup
    • Locally on the mobile device, then copy it to your computer or an external drive.
    • A cloud storage service such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
    • A shared destination such as email.

Restore

  1. Inventories list area -> Contextual menu -> Backup & Restore -> RESTORE
  2. Access the backup file
    • If the backup file is stored on an external drive, first copy it to your mobile device storage.

You should know

  • Images are not included in the backup file.
  • Restoring a backup file erases all current data on the device.
