High Usage Policy
Our app and our web platform can manage inventories with hundreds of thousands of records, constrained by the hardware’s capabilities to process the data efficiently
Certain restrictions are applied only for shared data, as detailed below.
- 3 Inventories
- 5000 Products (unique SKUs) per inventory
- 50000 Transactions (Entries)
- 1000 Locations
- 100 Tags
- 5 Product custom fields
- 5 Transaction (Entry) custom fields
These numbers indicate the total number of items a single device can hold simultaneously and the total number of items that can be added annually
If higher usage is needed, you can purchase the high usage license add-on. This add-on gives 3x more usage for shared inventories.
For local inventories, there are no limitations. This only applies to shared inventories
The limitations will take effect for all new users starting January 2025
