Scanning options let you decide what screen opens after a scan and which default action happens first.

You can switch between these options at any time.

Auto-add after scanning
"Auto add one entry after scanning a product" adds one unit for the scanned product immediately.
Choose the default screen
- Product details Use this when you usually need to review or update product-specific fields such as images, category, unit of measure, or custom fields.
- Add entry / counter This is the default screen and the most common option when your main task is adding entries.
- Entries history Use this when you mainly want to verify items that were already counted.
- Popup - add entry This compact version opens on the current screen and shows the basic fields, including quantity and location.
Choose the fastest path
Set the default screen to the action you repeat most often. This reduces extra taps during scanning sessions.
