License and availability
Scanner+ is a separate add-on for Android and iOS. You can buy one license or a license pack that an admin assigns to team members. It is not included in other licenses.
Choose your viewfinder
Open Scanning Settings -> Favorite Viewfinder and select the overlay that fits your workflow.
Viewfinder modes
Rectangular viewfinder
Default choice for everyday product, ticket, or QR scanning when you can move the phone close to the code.
Aimer viewfinder
Better when several barcodes are visible and you need to target one code from farther away.
Optimize barcode types
For faster and more accurate results, open Scanning Settings -> Select Symbologies and enable only the barcode types you actually use. The default option is The most relevant.
Continuous scanning and quick controls
- Enable continuous active scanning to keep the camera ready for one item after another.
- Use the minimized scanner to pause or resume scanning, switch to full-screen mode, or open Scanning Settings.
- Lock the minimized scanner in place when you want a stable repeated-scanning workflow.
