  1. Open the inventory and go to Manage locations.
  2. Choose the import option and select the spreadsheet file.
  3. Map the location column from the file.
  4. Review the preview and confirm the import.

Clean names reduce follow-up work

It is easier to manage locations later when the imported names are already consistent and free of duplicates.

Before you start

  • Prepare a spreadsheet with one row per location.
  • Remove blank rows or duplicate names before the import.
